A note on my speed painting policy:
This is about the lowest quality level I will allow out of the workshop. Decent tabletop quality for a budget. There are no more than three layers of each color, a slathering ink wash, and zero touch-ups or detail work. These particular models are not extremely detailed, so they lent themselves well to the process. I could not replicate this combination of cost and quality with more intricate models like Skorne troops or most warcasters for example. Also, having a number of similar troops cuts way down on time and effort. Single warcasters or solos are often quadruple (or more) the cost of a trooper, unless they can share colors. These took a little more then three hours to paint, and they were already assembled by the client.
